Compared to some of the hyped products and services we’re seeing crop up in the AI space, Vincent’s work is very much understated. But that doesn’t mean it’s any less useful and I think a lot of it is more useful in terms of understanding what it all means and how to get things working effectively in niche circles.
With that said, Seth Levine interviewed him in his Learning from Machine Learning podcast and talked to him about his ML background, what spawned Calmcode, and his personal thoughts on data science, and what is and isn’t useful in ML.
