Not all infinities are equal, and some infinities are more bigger than others

Did you ever try to one-up your friend with the phrase “times infinity plus one”? It may sound foolish but there is some truth to it. Mathematician Justin Moore spoke to Steven Strogatz at Quartz about the mathematical concept of infinity and how some infinities are bigger than others.
