Phallon Tullis-Joyce plays in goal for Manchester United Women and she’s also a marine biologist with a masters in professional science:
While having been over the moon in a research lab and completing scientific diving surveys at Miami, after university I chose to commit to a different style of diving. I am a professional goalkeeper for Manchester United. Staying connected to my marine roots, I use my social media platform to pass on quirky ocean phun phacts and I volunteer monthly at an after school program for a local middle school revolving around the marine environment. Once I retire from soccer, I plan on wasting no time dipping right back into a continued education of our ocean.
A blerd that plays for a team close to my heart is one thing but how I found her was from someone sending me a post about her Pokémon-themed Phishy Phriday fact videos.
